Measure satisfaction and find out why
Smiley face surveys measure how happy your customers are, and tell you the reason why.
The smiley face CSAT question measures satisfaction, multiple-choice and open-ended questions provide context to their score.

Measure customer satisfaction
Customers simply tap on the face that matches their satisfaction level.
This provides you with real-time CSAT scores to help you identify issues. Monitor over time to spot trends and make comparisons.
Find out the reason why
Smiley face surveys let you know how happy your customers are, but they don’t tell you why.
Follow up your smiley face question with an open-ended question.
This gives all customers (happy, or dissatisfied) the chance to give you suggestions of how to improve. You’ll also get to hear what they love about your products or services.
Speed up resolution
Receive a notification within 30 seconds of a customer choosing an unhappy face.
This helps you to resolve issues before they’ve even left the premises or think about leaving a bad review.
