New Feature Release: Avius Analysis

We're excited to announce that Avius Analysis is now live and available within your Avius portal.

You'll now see a new Analysis section in the left-hand toolbar, giving you powerful new ways to explore, segment, and understand your customer feedback data.

With Avius Analysis, you can:

Search and segment feedback data more precisely – filter insights by collector type, location, visitor demographics, and more. For example, compare satisfaction scores between male and female restrooms across multiple sites, or analyze feedback collected via kiosks versus QR surveys or Buttons.

Compare trends with greater depth – explore customer experience score trends over time and benchmark performance across different visitor groups. Compare local versus international visitor satisfaction, track seasonal changes, or identify the impact of special events on customer sentiment.

Identify patterns faster – uncover recurring themes, operational gaps, and emerging trends hidden within large volumes of feedback. Spot declining cleanliness scores, recurring comments about lines, or locations that may require additional operational attention.

One of the key highlights of this release is our new AI Summary capability.

Using AI-powered analysis, teams can automatically summarize customer sentiment, identify operational gaps, surface key themes, and receive strategic recommendations based on feedback trends — helping transform large volumes of data into clear, actionable insights.

The goal is simple: to help your team move beyond collecting feedback and towards understanding the story behind the data — faster, with greater clarity, and with more confidence in decision-making.
